I have exactly the same problem like all here with radeon 92x0. os: WindowsXP sp3 AMD Sempron 2600+ and 1GB RAM GECUBE Radeon 9250 - DX8.1 compatible card with 256MB RAM and 6.11 Catalyst drivers IE 8 beta DX9c and .NET 3.5 screen resolution is 1024x768@85Hz and 96dpi latest WWT and no proxy But...

Really wish MS did their homework before posting an incorrect minimum requirement for this highly touted software. I had 512 MB of RAM when I discovered this problem, and since the minimum spec was 1 GB, I assumed that upgrading the RAM would fix it. I then spent $120.00 to max out the RAM to 2GB, only...

Similar issue here. Details: I see constellation outlines , the ecliptic and circles for objects, popups of object. I see no stars ever , no earth , no panoramas . I get sounds on tours. I have png images in the application space under documents and settings, all look great. I have installed twice ....

I waited a bit before trying to get the latest ATI (radeon 9250) drivers since it seemed there may be other things going on... and I dont like changeing software and then later discovering other problems from the fix. But it seemed that most are getting a fix by updating drivers so I did too... unfortunately...
