&lt;p&gt;For now, your best bet is to work with Windows Marketplace support to resolve the problem.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;When you purchase AutoCollage, a product key is created and deposited in your digital locker (Windows Marketplace) or your Account information (Online Microsoft Store), depending upon whether you purchased in the US or the EU respectively.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;For US purchase, you can look up your product key by going to &lt;a class="" href="http://windowsmarketplace.com/" target="_blank"&gt;&lt;font color="#698d73"&gt;http://windowsmarketplace.com&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/a&gt; and clicking on &amp;#39;Your Digital Locker&amp;#39; at the top of the page. Sign in if prompted, and then you will see a &amp;#39;your software&amp;#39; page which should let you view your License (product key) for autoCollage.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;For EU purchase, visit the online&amp;nbsp;&lt;a class="" href="https://emea.microsoftstore.com/uk/" target="_blank"&gt;&lt;font color="#698d73"&gt;Microsoft Store&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;and click on the &amp;#39;Account&amp;#39; link at the top of the page. &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Enter your 25-character product key in the white product key input box. You can type it in, or cut-and-paste by copying your product key from another window, then pasting into the first part of the input box. 
&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Select &lt;em&gt;OK&lt;/em&gt; to save your product key. &lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ol&gt;
