Nope that`s not the answer, all my drivers are up to date including graphics. I`ve been on the ATI website and downloaded the latest driver, but the problem still occurs
-
For some reason autocollage does not recognise the windows sample pictures folder, plus the pictures I`m using are all dated from beginning of last month.
-
The autocollage application I`m using is: 1.0.2008.0716
-
It`s okay autocollage now recognises the folder, but after clicking create, I have the same problem, black screen.
-
Well I`ve tried everything, uninstalling, removing all traces of it from the registry then reinstalling it. But the same problem arises. Everything else runs okay with my graphics etc...... I`ve double checked all my drivers are up to date but, no good. It`s a shame, because I`ve made some really nice collages for family and friends.

At last it works What I did was.............................. Uninstalled my Autocollage, checked the registry for any leftovers, then downloaded the 30-day-trial Collage, entered my licence key and hey-presto it works.

I`ve got the same problem Mine started when I upgraded from Vista Home Premiium to Windows 7 Home Premium.

Same here. I`ve been onto every Microsoft site trying to remedy the problem but unable to find a solution. I`ve run the software in compatible mode with Vista, Xp, but nothing works. Seems as if it does not work with Windows 7. I have a spare PC running Vista, so I`ll have to load on that. [:'(]
