Hi there i solved this problem by myself i uninstalled my videocard drivers and updated drivers through windows update now WWT is working and through dxdiag i am also able to get direct3d test running Hope it will help some others

Hi Chuck I have the same probleme with my toshiba laptop. I use windows Xp sp3 the videocard is ATI mobility Radeon 7000 igp direct x 9c and framework 2 are installed correctly so i think this videocard is not compatible pls le me know
