Hmm, they were uncompressed. I re-saved with LZW compression andICE grinds on them for 30 seconds or so and then gives the same error.

I have 4 raster images (aerial photos, actually) that I try and stitch with ICE, but I only get "Microsoft ICE was unable to stitch together any of the given source images. Unspecified error (0x80004005) These are TIFF images approximately 70MB each. I tried it with two smaller (60MB) TIFF images and got the same result. This error appears almost immediately after I add the images, it doesn't seem to have time to examine any of the images for content. Thanks for the help.
