  • Re: Collage cannot be viewed.

Hi Johnny892, This problem is usually related to the driver for your graphics card. I would recommend contacting the manufacturer site for your card and downloading the latest Windows 7 installer. Please contact us on acfeed@microsoft.com if you have any further issues. Thanks, The AutoCollage Support Team

Could you try to create a collage using the sample images in Windows and see if this completes? If so, it may be related to the issue on our blog with images where the date stamp is corrupted: http://autocollage.spaces.live.com/blog/cns!6086F52EC280775C!200.entry Thanks, Chris

Hi Andreas, I looked back at your original e-mails and did some research on the error message you have reported here. Hi dampro, Thanks for the feedback. At this point in time it is not possible to find out which images were used to create an AutoCollage. I will pass on your recommendations to the team for review in any future development. Regards, Chris.

Hi Jpoaks, This does indeed sound like a known issue with image files where the "Date Modified" on the image is in the future. This may occur due to issues with certain cameras as well as just general corruption. Please see this entry on our Blog for more information: http://autocollage.spaces.live.com/Blog/cns!6086F52EC280775C!200.entry Thanks, Chris.
