Ok, maybe something: After a bit of debugging(using vs 2008), I have found is that there is a unhandled exception error c0000005. if I'm not mistaken this is a access violation. so I'm thinking maybe DEP is preventing some action. BTW: what’s different with the "Welcome to WWT" tour? I have no problems with any of the other tours (I have tried them all)

When i tried to set the observation time to Year 1, month 5 day 19 hrs 0 min 43 sec 40 then clicking the down button for year i got an argumentoutofrange exeption, see below.
