Hi hafieq, Sorry to say, it looks like your internal video card does not meet the minimum specifications of 128MB. I found two Web sites that say the v3628tu only has 64MB. This is the search query I used: " v3628tu specifications " ~Chuck

You can try to update the graphics card software by going to the laptop manufactures Web site and look in their support section.
