  • Telescope doesn't work

    After downloading ASCOM and noting that the "installed" notice appeared, I tried to check if telescope worked by clicking on the "Choose" button The following message was sent instead of the selection images that WWT says should be gotten "Error ' - 2147220416 (80040440)'...

  • After ASCOM driver install for Telescope Blue Screen

    After I install the ASCOM drive my WWT has a Blue Screen and the PC crashes. Any idea what might be happening? Or a fix? Window XP used. WWT runs nicely until I install the ASCOM driver ofr my Mount. Leo

    Unable to install the application.Error message reads:- THE CABINET FILE '_F59BC35F4CC9FF5B5DB5EFAE64D04299' REQUIRED FOR THIS INSTALLATION IS CORRUPT AND CANNOT BE USED. Any ides how to get around this? TIA Ant
