Why I can't go to (get in) web site Microsoft Research?

I try to go to web site Microsoft research but I can't. I try about 2-3 days.

Is it because of my computer or anyone like me?

I want to download program Microsoft ICE.

What should I do? Please help me.

Ps. My English language is not good. I'm so sorry.

Hi nu_ryo,

I have seen two issues with this problem:

• Try setting your browser to allow third party cookies
• Your ISP (Internet Service Provider) could be blocking access

Hi Chuck,

            research.microsoft.com is very very slow to get into. There is something seriously wrong with it. I tried it on both windows and linux and I have real trouble getting into it. Please have a look into it as I really need to get some papers.
