Hotspots to "connect" Panoramas

Hello!

I would like to know, whether there is a possibilty to create a kind of "hotspot" in the panoramas.
What I want to do is putting something like a red dot into a hd view-panorama as a link to an other hd view-panorama.

There's nothing built into ICE, HD View, or HD View SL to support hotspots.  It's certainly a good idea.  If you feel like programming in C#, you could probably add a hotspot capability to the Silverlight viewer -- the source code for HD View SL is available from http://hdviewsl.codeplex.com.
