Hi, I have made my panaramic image and exported as a Deep Zoom.  This works fantastically locally when I just open the html from my desktop but when I upload to http://www.podiumpodcasting.com/~183114/SilverlightTest/home.html it just comes up with a black screen.  I have uploaded the xap, xml, html and the folder containing the images, so I have no idea - unless I need something else in my web directory.

As I am sure you can all tell I'm very new to this so please bear with me not using the correct terminology or getting it wrong.

Thank you for you help.

I've tried it as a HD View Tile as well and again works fantastically when I open the html file locally but it just comes up with a grid via the internet http://www.podiumpodcasting.com/~183114/hdviewtileset/100_4170_stitch.html

Thanks

These are related issues.  I believe that your ISP is not serving the xap file in the case of Silverlight and the wdp image tiles in the case of HDView.  The following two links should resolve but they come up as "HTTP Error 404 - File or directory not found"

http://www.podiumpodcasting.com/~183114/SilverlightTest/HDViewSL.xap

http://www.podiumpodcasting.com/~183114/hdviewtileset/100_4170_stitch/tiles/l_0/c_0/tile_0.wdp

In the Silverlight case, I'm also not seeing the jpg tiles (which I doubt are being blocked by the ISP) - e.g. http://www.podiumpodcasting.com/~183114/SilverlightTest/home_files/0/0_0jpg is also 404ing - so not sure what is going on there.
