Hi,
I just install the WWT but i receve the message of internet connection when run WWT 1st time (I had a proxy/firewall ISA Server in my network) so Tab settings in WWT is not working to change Proxy and Port settings. I Remove and reinstall WWT and can access to Settings TAB and insert configuration of Proxy and Ports but still receive the messagem about internet connect and stay offline.
Trying to update (Manage Data cache) in Settings Tab WWT closed now i cannot open it again. I receive 1st a messagem about internet connection and when i click in OK i receive the flolow message, so after click in OK the WWT closes:
The message is:
"The Imagery data file could not be downloaded or has been corrupted. WorldWide Telescope must close. You need a working internet connection to update this file. Try again later."
Can you help me?
PS: I try to complete remove WWT and use WindowsInstaller Cleaup, remove other folder that i find in my computer (looking for WWT search tag), restarts S.O. and reinstall but still receive the message.
