I created a slide tour and saved it to my desk top.   I would like to incorporate this tour into another slide show I am creating using a separate slide show / movie making software.

My problem is I cannot copy and paste my saved tour (as a .wtt file) from my desk top into my separate slide show software.

Does anyone have a suggestion?

Thanks

The .wtt file format is unique to WorldWide Telescope, is undocumented, and it is highly unlikely any other software (from Microsoft or anywhere else) can accept it as input.

You could invest in some screen capture software that captures and saves a session on the computer as a movie - and then obviously link to that movie from the slide show.

Thank you for replying and for your helpful info, Peter.

I'll look into "screen capture software"  and see where I go from there . . .

If you are using Vista or Win7, click on the Windows buttons and type in "snipping tool"

This brings up the built-in screen capture program. Of course, it helps to be running in windowed-mode rather than full screen to capture the images.
