I uploaded 15 photos into the software, but the creating sign keep spinning and nothing happens. The photos spin for 10 seconds and stops. But i have created a collage with 27 photos and it worked perfectly. Can you let me know the cause?

I need to create a database of yoga poses and therapeutic exercises. I don't see a "file type" for Photo/jpeg. Any ideas how I would go about this? I know it can be done because we can link contact name to photo.
