When i download the application (it says it is only 400kb so i dont think it downloads completely) i will open the installer and it gives me this message "This installation package could not be opened. Contact the application vendor to verify that this is a valid Windows Installer package." Is there any fix for this issue cause i had the program before and it worked fine on this laptop and now i am having these issues. Thanks for any help you can give me.
are you downloading from broadband? redownload once again. sometimes some files are not downloaded.
