I've downloaded ICE and I'm satisfied from its final created panorama(in comparision with ArcSoft). But I have some questions:
1.What is Camera Motion? Is it better to select Automatic Camera Motion or manually selection is better?
2.What is the best selection for Scale for email? and print?
3.Which is better in the final created panorama from ICE or AutoDesk Stitcher?
4.Has ICE a complete file for Help? AutoDesk Stitcher has an excellent user guide, but ICE desn't have !

ICE doesn't have a manual or help page beyond what you see in this forum.
I would suggest that you use the panoramic feature in Windows Live Photo Gallery http://windowshelp.microsoft.com/Windows/en-US/help/21719a31-42a4-4918-805c-fd66a570289c1033.mspx it produces equivalent results to ICE, is simpler to use, and has better tutorials

There isn't preview in ICE. But after you export , you can see saved panorama. In my opinion ICE is the best for speed and good final panorama.
The composited image you see on screen IS the preview. Creating an export is a separate step
