adding notes to images in WTML files

I would like a text note to appear next to the image in WWT. Anyone know how/if this can be done?

So digging around in the WWT Tour files, I found the <Overlays> tag but this does not appear to work within the <Place> tags. So I am still looking for help help if anyone can provide it.
