First off I really like ICE, have managed a few complicated stitches and it's always managed to stitch them really quickly and accurately. However have a set of 21 pics from the inside of a building that has two photos that won't quite stitch. There is quite a large overlap but I think the angles might be a bit funny on one and the other is a little zoomed in. Was wondering if you would like a copy of the photo's to help improve the engine?

Hi Wilf,
Yes, as you seem to have seen, ICE does a better job when the camera motion is well-controlled and focal lengths don't change. Focal length changes are particularly difficult for ICE - if you've got a lot of that, Photosynth is a better choice.
