Can't seem to buy it. Windows Marketplace said it coiuld not process the transaction, 2 nights in a row. MSN support said try again, they will open a ticket. Now I can't even add it to my cart without a runtime error. Is there any other way to obtain the product?
I would love to use it for my daughters burthday party.
We're sorry to hear that purchasing AutoCollage isn't working correctly. Unfortunately if you live in the US, Windows Marketplace is the only way to purchase AutoCollage for now.
We're hoping to make AutoCollage globally available soon, perhaps as soon as late November. When that happens, it's possible there may be an additional way to purchase AutoCollage from the US, but we won't know until it's actually available.
For now, your best bet is to work with Windows Marketplace support to resolve the problem.
