Flashing Menus

Just installed WWT and updated to 2.1.08. The top and bottom menus flash constantly. Environment:

Dell Dimension 2400, 1GB onboad graphics.
Vista Ultimate SP1
IE7 7.0.6001.18000

I have disconnected my WACOM tablet. The remaining USB connections are for muose and keyboard via Belkin KVM.

Hi JoeM,

Try updating your video card drivers from the computer manufacture.

 I have the same problem with pop-up menus that are supposed to be transparent. Also the top menu is flashing if set transparent.

My HW is Dell Latitude D620 with Intel 945GM graphics chip. The display driver is updated to latest from Dell but no help.

I have updated the drivers from the mfgr. and still have the problem. While they are the most up-to-date drivers, they are still 3 years old. The graphics controller is an Intel 82845G. Any other thoughts? Thanks!!
